BRETT DIETRICK

Brett started in the pest control industry in 2008 as a door-to-door salesman. He gained valuable experience in expertly guiding customers through the sales cycle: build the need, explain the service, close, and overcome objections. Brett then went on to start his own door to door marketing company while in school. He recruited colleagues and mentored them as they went to different states to sell for regional pest control companies. Soon after, Brett graduated from the University of Utah in Business Information Systems in 2015.

Now he’s a business advisor for Mosquito Squad West/Southwest region and owner of Mosquito Squad of Greater Salt Lake City, which he opened in 2016. In this role, Brett helps franchisees become more profitable with their pest control businesses. He loves this role because he gets to share his knowledge and experience with others so they can make more money.

Located in Salt Lake City, UT, some of Brett’s favorite things to do are family ski trips, camping, fishing, and hunting big game in the Wasatch Mountains. Just in case you thought he couldn’t get any cooler, he also lived in Mongolia for two years on a service mission teaching English and is fluent in Mongolian.
