Mike Fowler on Adjusting to the New Normal of COVID-19
July 19, 2020

The COVID-19 pandemic forced franchisee Mike Fowler of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning of Charlotte, NC, to make dramatic changes to his business to maintain safety. From providing his technicians with personal protective equipment (PPE) to rearranging the layout of his location to accommodate social distancing, COVID-19 presented unprecedented challenges.
For Mike, being part of an established company and brand like Benjamin Franklin Plumbing played a critical role in adjusting to the new normal. “They kept us up-to-date with everything going on throughout the pandemic, from COVID-19 safety procedures and regulations to guidance for applying for government relief such as the Paycheck Protection Program…they continue to play a big role in keeping us informed and providing us with knowledge and resources,” he says.
Mike was interviewed about his experience for Mechanical Hub.
